Hazelnut Milk

Ingredients:
1 cup of hazelnuts
4 cups hot water
4-5 dates - optional

Soak nuts in hot water; when room temperature cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
 
Strain nuts and add to a high powered blender; add 4 cups of water and the dates; blend until smooth and creamy. Strain through a nut milk bag then enjoy. Keep refrigerated and use up within 3-4 days. Delicious! 🥰
