If you have chamomile and lavender growing in your garden you may want to give this delicious recipe a try!
The recipe is flexible so feel free to add a little more or a little less of each herb.
Ingredients:
8 oz cup of chilled, lavender / chamomile tea - I used 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile and 1 teaspoon of dried lavender. You can also use tea bags.
1/4 cup of plant based milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Add all your ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
