Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 ripe, peeled and pitted avocado
2 Tablespoons cacao powder
1 block unsweetened chocolate - optional
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey OR 3 fresh, pitted dates
Handful of fresh raspberries
Small handful of walnuts
Fresh fruit, nuts for garnish
Add first 9 ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until desire consistency. Pour into a bowl; cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before enjoying. 😋
