Ingredients:
15 ounces of unsalted cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/8 cup honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp plant based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100% dark chocolate chunks - optional
Add the first 6 ingredients into a blender. Blend until light and fluffy. Spoon into a mixing bowl. Gently fold in chocolate chunks until mixed throughout. Enjoy.
