Ingredients:
4 dates
4 figs
2 tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tbsp unsalted cashews
1 tbsp hazelnuts
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
dash of sea salt
Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until combined throughly. Transfer to a medium sized bowl; roll into balls.
I rolled these in different toppings. Chia seeds, powdered cashews, powdered pumpkin seeds and cacao powder. Yum. 😋
