Hummus Dip




Hummus dip is so easy to make and taste deeelicious!


Ingredients:

11/2 cups unsalted cooked chickpeas

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 cloves fresh garlic

dash of salt

4 tablespoons water
Add above ingredients in a blender or small food processor and mix until smooth. 

Add more water to achieve your desired consistency. That’s it! How easy was that! Plus it has over 20 grams of protein.

This is delicious as a dip for veggies or crackers, also as a spread on soft tacos, pita bread, flat bread, burgers, on baked potatoes, fajitas. Sooo many options.
