Spinach Wraps




Ingredients:

Gluten free or regular spinach wraps 
Hummus 
Diced red bell pepper 
Diced cucumber
Diced red cabbage 
Diced carrots 
Diced green onions
Chopped baby spinach 
Dash of sea salt 
Black pepper 
Garlic powder 

Add all of the vegetables into a bowl, season to your taste preference, then stir well to incorporate.


Spread the hummus all over the  spinach wrap. Place spoonfuls of the seasoned mixed vegetables along the center of the wrap.

Fold sides over slightly and roll into a burrito shape. Enjoy!
